Happy Are We Lay Dee O Lay Dee Lee O

These are days never to be forgotten. Myna's approaching the half-year mark, and our marriage is going on two years! The good times just keep rolling here in Bontorno Land.

Pete and I got to speak in our church meeting today. The topic was family history, and so, we got to ponder the wonderful truth of eternal families. We do know that we'll be together forever, and that is truly the reason for much of the joy in our lives.

Myna didn't get to speak, but don't worry - her voice was heard loud and clear. At church, she's known as "The Little Diva," for she always seems to steal the scene . . . could my actress self expect anything less. I don't think so. She makes us laugh.

Here are some Myna Updates and Firsts!

My first amazing high-chair compliments of my wonderful Uncle and Aunt! I like rice cereal . . . I'm deciding about peas. Mom keeps telling me they are good, but I mostly grimace after I figure out what she's putting in my mouth.
My cool cousin gave me some strange things that hide my feet . . .

but, I really like them!Everything's fun these days!

I had my first Father's Day! My job was to distract Dad so that mom could surprise him. Luckily, I'm the best distraction there ever was!
I'm getting some new, fuzzy hair up top!
Here I am wearing my first pair of jeans! Here I am at my first birthday party. Can you guess how old Grandma Susan is?Wooden Spoons - my first love
My five month old photo!
My best friend Howard
My first bout of mischief . . .
and my first experience with the consequences of eating magazines.
