I Have A Family Here On Earth

Each day, I see more and more of the beautiful things that are here on this earth. And this week, I saw many wonders of the world with some of my amazing family that came out to SC to visit.

Oops. This isn't my relatives - but it was quite a wonder of this mega-bug producing state. (Mom and Dad haven't enjoyed the bugs too much - something about a big one in the toothbrush-holder . . . )

Here's my fam :)
They said I seem so grown up.
So, I celebrated my grownupness by putting various items on my head.
#1. A Sariah shawl
#2. Manhattan's finest $5 glasses
#3. Daddy's best birthday bag. (okay, my mom admits to putting these all on my head - I was just the unknowing accomplice to much cuteness)
I think I'm pretty cute all the time - even without anything on my head.Gotta jet - Dad and I are working on my runway walk so that I can model my cuteness even better soon. Ciao ya'll.

Happy 1/2 Birthday Myna

Oh, hi there! I didn't see you because I was busy reading about current events. I had no idea there was so much hunger in the world. I don't go hungry - thankfully. In fact, more and more food just keeps showing up! I'm so lucky. The Dr. said because I'm such a good eater, I now weigh 18 lbs 7 oz! That's the 90th percentile - whatever that means.Besides eating, I like to do things with all of my appendages at all times. My feet are always in the air or propped up on the highchair, stroller, table, piano, parental face, etc.
With 4 appendages, I can play with two toys at once - it's great!

My nimble feet helped me do this.

Life just keeps getting more fun. I can catch.

I can knock things over.
I got new shoes for my 1/2 Birthday!
I did get hurt too - that wasn't so fun. But, I was brave and liked to lick the ice mommy tried to put on my nose.
Hope you are enjoying July too!

My Home Sweet Home

Hi! It's me, smilin' Myna. Lots of things make me smile these days. I love to smile especially big at my Daddy. He's funny. I like to smile when we dance together. He also does fun things with me. Look at this . . . and this . . .My mom thinks she's pretty funny.
She thinks I'm pretty funny too.

What? You don't use this stuff for the fourth? And, pretty much everybody thinks I'm cute.I got all dressed up to go to the National Guard concert at Fort Moultrie. To my left, you will see the battery.
Straight ahead, you will see my new best friend Baby Samuel and his parents and a cloud we all thought was cool. It got cooler and cooler really fast, then it poured all its cool contents down on us.This is the Fort's flag. This is my mom and dad's living replica of South Carolina's flag.
The crescent and Palmetto design are pretty famous. If you want to know more about it, read here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_South_Carolina.

I am grateful to live in a free country. I guess I'm a pretty lucky baby.
