Love is an emotion

An emotion of devotion

And it is developed by those things which propel us to devotion

So what is the propulsion to the devotion emotion?

There's no potion for propulsion toward the devotion emotion, but the ingredients are endless, for example:

1. Ashley smiling at me


2. Ashley holding my hand


3. Ashley singing


4. Ashley dancing in the kitchen


5. Ashley's Mexican accent


6. Ashley pondering the deep and perplexing things of eternity with me


7. Ashley reminding me when my parent's birthdays are


8. Ashley making cookies for me


9. Ashley deciding to host a chowder fest at our home


10. Ashley helping me fill out official forms


11. Ashley noticing everything about me except my mistakes


12. Ashley devoting her life to Myna


13. Ashley being the most incredible mother in the whole wide world

I believe the above sampling of examples is sufficient for me to draw my final conclusion, which is that I am a man with no more tendency toward love than Paul Bunyan, but with sufficient propulsion that my devotion and love toward my wife and daughter can be determined to be greater than any other man's on earth.
